Exchange and Return Policy

How to request an exchange?

 

Bautti offers up to 7 calendar days (from delivery) for you to request your exchange.

To make an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by its original packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us via email contato@bautti.com and inform us of the reason for the exchange and the order number.

We will send you a shipping label for the return of your jewelry at no cost.

Once the product is received by us, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval of your request. If approved, we will send you a voucher with the value of your purchase for you to use in our store.

Bautti will only bear the shipping costs for the first exchange. If a second exchange is desired, the customer will be responsible for the transportation cost.

 

How do I return my jewelry?

 

Bautti offers up to 7 calendar days (from delivery) for you to request a product return.

We will send you a shipping label for the return of your jewelry at no cost.

Once the product is received by us, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue a credit to your credit card or the payment method used for the purchase within a few days. Your credit card company may take up to 3 billing cycles to process the chargeback.

 

What if it's a gift?

 

If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and was sent directly to you, and you wish to exchange it, you must send the product to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. After product analysis, if approved, you will receive a voucher to use in our store.

  

 

What if I identify a manufacturing defect? 

 

Bautti offers a 90-day warranty regarding possible manufacturing defects. If the consumer observes any defect, they should contact us via email contato@bautti.com within this period.

Bautti reserves the right to analyze the product after its return. If no defect is found, it will be returned to the customer. Metal oxidation is not considered a defect as it is a natural phenomenon of silver.
