What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for your jewelry may vary depending on availability and delivery address. In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days, while custom-made items or those requiring size adjustments will be sent according to the timeframe indicated on the product page. The time required for shipping the order varies according to the shipping option chosen by the customer at checkout. 

For purchases made via bank slip (boleto bancário), an additional 3 business days should be added for the product to be shipped due to payment processing time.

How are the jewels delivered?

All orders are properly packed, ensuring the safety of the jewelry, and sent via Correios (Brazilian postal service) throughout Brazil or by express motorcycle courier service, available only for the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Prices and delivery times are calculated in the cart depending on the delivery location.
