Do you offer a warranty?
By following proper care instructions, your Bautti jewelry can last for generations. However, like any other product, signs of wear are natural and tell the story of your piece. We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects and for gold-plated items. Silver oxidation is a natural process and is not considered a defect.
What is the production time for custom-made pieces?
Our jewelry is handmade, one by one, respecting the time and work of our artisans. Therefore, pieces marked as pre-order have a production time of up to 15 days. If this timeframe doesn't suit you, contact us and we will do our best to help you.
How to clean silver and polish plated items?
It's natural for your piece to lose its luster over time. Several factors contribute to this, such as regular wear, contact with chemical products, and pollution. To restore your jewelry's polish, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth (or "polishing cloth") and rubbing it with short, quick strokes.
