Silver
Jewelry made of 925 or 950 silver undergoes a natural chemical process that causes oxidation and, consequently, darkening. The intensity of this reaction varies according to skin pH, climate, pollution, proximity to the sea, and care of the pieces. Therefore, this process is not related to the quality of the material and is not covered by the warranty. If you need help restoring the shine of your jewelry, please contact us.
Our warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt of the item and covers manufacturing defects or flaws.
For pieces with stones, if replacement is necessary, the cost of the stone will be charged.
Gold-plated Silver
Like silver jewelry, pieces with 18k gold plating are also susceptible to the same darkening process due to oxidation. This is a natural phenomenon and is not related to the quality of the material. If you need help restoring the shine of your jewelry, please contact us.
Our warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt of the item and covers manufacturing defects or flaws, including the peeling of the gold plating.
